The Guardian Lion Oversized Irezumi Shirt features a full back print of an original in-house composition — a Komainu guardian lion-dog, face forward and teeth bared, a serpent coiled through its horns and storm clouds swirling around it. In Japanese tradition, the Komainu stands at the entrance to shrines as a protector against evil. Here, it is rendered in dense, full-coverage monochrome in the layered style of traditional Irezumi tattooing — relentless detail, bold on black.
