At Dsign Crtel, we want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Order Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@dsigncrtel.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

Faulty, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

We accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If a return is required for an approved faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by us.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will either resend the correct item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for approved claims involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Once approved, we will process your refund without undue delay. Your bank or payment provider may take 5–10 business days to return the funds to your account.

Returns for Non-Faulty Items

Products are produced after an order is placed, so please check sizing, colours, and order details carefully before purchasing.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind unless required by applicable consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where a non-faulty return is required by applicable law or accepted by us, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Condition of Returned Items

Where a non-faulty return is required by applicable law or accepted by us, the item must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with any original packaging or tags where applicable.

Customers may inspect the item as they would in a shop, but items returned showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odours, or use beyond normal inspection may be refused or may result in a reduced refund where permitted by law.

Exchanges for Wrong Size

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selections unless required by applicable consumer law.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to our fulfilment facility, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or delivered elsewhere, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are produced after purchase and may enter production quickly.

Cancellations or changes are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
