Japanese tattoo oversized crewneck sweatshirts featuring original hand-drawn artwork created in-house by Dsign Crtel. Heavyweight 350 GSM organic cotton, an oversized unisex fit and a garment-dyed washed finish create a substantial streetwear base for detailed Irezumi-inspired graphics.
Every illustration is created in-house by Dsign Crtel rather than sourced from stock graphics or existing tattoo flash. Japanese dragons, tigers, samurai, snakes, demons, cranes and other folklore-inspired subjects are developed through detailed linework, layered framing and movement influenced by traditional Japanese tattoo composition.
Large-format graphics use the broader proportions of the oversized sweatshirt as a substantial canvas, with selected designs incorporating smaller chest details alongside the main artwork.
Each sweatshirt is made from heavyweight 350 GSM brushed organic ring-spun combed cotton. The 100% cotton construction has a substantial natural handfeel, while the brushed interior adds softness and warmth without relying on a polyester-blend fleece.
The garment-dyed and fabric-washed finish creates subtle tonal variation across the cotton, with faded seam detailing adding to the washed streetwear character. Because of the garment-dyeing process, slight variation between individual pieces forms part of the intended finish.
A deliberately oversized unisex cut creates a wider contemporary streetwear silhouette. Set-in sleeves and shorter rib sections at the cuffs and bottom hem help maintain the exaggerated proportions of the garment without compromising structure.
2x1 ribbing at the neckline, sleeve cuffs and hem is combined with herringbone back-neck tape, a self-fabric half-moon and twin-needle topstitching throughout for a clean, substantial finish.
