Standard Delivery Times of Goods and Services for Product Purchases

Our printing partners located in the US and Europe are responsible for sourcing and printing our products. Hence, the purchased items can take an average of 2-4 weeks to be delivered to your doorstep, depending on your location, and may take longer due to unforeseen delays beyond our control. Customers residing outside North America and Europe should expect longer shipping times. Although we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment, shipping, or delivery timeline. Please note that we do not offer refunds for delayed delivery or if you change your mind after the purchase.

Customs and/or Duties & Taxes

The prices we provide for your order do not include any charges for customs duties or taxes that may apply. It is important to note that we are not accountable for any customs, duties, or tax charges that are imposed on your order. You are solely responsible for paying these fees upon delivery or receipt of your order and they are determined by the country in which you reside. To obtain a better understanding of the estimated additional charges, please consult with your local Customs Department for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a no refund policy for all sales, except in the case of defective items, which will be honored up to 14 days from the date you recieve the item(s). If you return a defective item, we will send you a replacement item.

Regarding sizing and buyer's remorse, we do not offer refunds. We urge you to review all garment details, including materials, quality, and texture, before making your purchase as this information is available on the product detail page. Please note that we will not entertain any refund requests due to buyer's remorse or regret.

Buyer’s Remorse
No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. Do not email us the next day asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Ordering

Upon placing an order, an email confirming the purchase intent will be automatically sent as a receipt. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us. Please be aware that this receipt is not a contract, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to reasons such as insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other valid reason that we see fit. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even if your credit card has already been charged. In case of order cancellation after charging your credit card, we will issue a refund for the amount charged incorrectly.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of all items featured on our website at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, our customer service team will notify you promptly. We reserve the right to modify the content of the site, including images and pricing, at any time. Although we strive to provide accurate information on the site, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment in the event of a pricing error.

Undelivered Orders

We would like to clarify that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered or lost items during transit. To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage customers to choose a Tracked or Signed For delivery option for added security. Please note that we keep proof of postage for a maximum of 30 days.

It is imperative to ensure that all shipping and delivery details are accurate while placing an order. We shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect details provided while placing an order.

In case the delivery of an order is unsuccessful, and it is returned to us, it is your responsibility to contact us to arrange a re-delivery of the order, and additional delivery fees may apply. We shall hold undelivered orders for a period of 90 days.
